Everybody always says what a nightmare it is to buy a house, but I didn't have to go through that nightmare at all. Charlie was not only friendly and helpful but he answered all of my questions. He was quick to respond whether it was through text or email, and he was really patient and positive when the first home I was going to buy fell through. He and Amy (his processor) are among the best, most responsive people I've had the pleasure of doing business with in any arena, and in the area of home loans I would challenge you to find any team with more hustle and better customer service. When I've dealt with other mortgage bankers in the past, they didn't always have the same courtesy and patience.
